Among the outcomes of the workshop in Milan, a suggestion for a new exercise that still is not included in the index of the project: Edible city, city as a food chain, a distribution system for alimentary supply, but also as a mix of gastronomic cultures, of flavours. Given the overarching context of Expo 2015, the International event redesigning the physical, discursive and political landscape in Milan in these days which has the theme "Feeding the world", Mariella Bussolati proposed to tackle the task to assess this perspective in her exercise. Mariella is a film maker and an activist of the "Orto diffuso" project (http://ortodiffuso.noblogs.org/). She used the camera to capture the "food landscape" during our walk from centre to periphery, and amazingly edited the video during the last day of the workshop.
